Have you heard of sound frequency 528?
The frequency of 528 has been hypothesized as the sound of DNA repair and healing.
Sound can have excellent healing energy qualities. Sound healing is a wonderful natural health method and one that is easy and fun to incorporate into your life.
I came across this great video that plays sound healing frequency 528. It also has interesting visuals with many energy healing symbols including some reiki symbols. There are some cool sacred geometry symbols, too.
