Best Way to Use Affirmations

affirm_affirmationsAffirmations can have a life changing effect. Just reminding yourself of a positive statement of intention can make those changes happen.

Sometimes it happens soon, other times much later. Sometimes those changes are obvious, other times subtle or different than you thought they would be!

 Save and paste up your affirmation. Try following it for a week. You don’t need to try hard, in fact, don’t try. Just put the affirmation where you will see it several times a day and allow and intend  it to work.

Make notes in your journal about the effects of the affirmation on your feelings, health and what happens in your daily life. How does it unfold for you?
